Brown vs board of education was the case arguing for desegregation of schools. Blacks and whites were separated by schools. The court said they were separate but equal but this was not true since African Americans got worse facilities. The court ruled to desegregate the schools which was the first step towards equality. The whites had travel way less to school than the African Americans did. The court definitely ruled in the right decision, this also made it so all the funding went to one public school. Before this the white school also had way better teachers. How is this fair?
